Refunds & cancellation

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle through our payment processor, Razorpay. Prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not auto-charge after a cancellation.

Refunds

If something isn't right, email hello@hullchecks.com within 7 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

The free hullcheck is free and requires no payment, so nothing to refund there.
